If you would like to request a refund for Registration for Fall 2012, the refund request deadline date is 9/8/12. To receive a refund, you must send in
a letter of request with the name of the player, their birthdate, a return address to send the refund, proof of payment (cash receipt or cancelled check)
and a self addressed stamped envelope to PO Box 861 Chino Ca 91708.
Refunds take up to 6 weeks for processing
