Your team will have to supply one adult on the week of the season that corresponds with your team number. For example, teams 1 and 11 have to be at Ayala on Friday 9/7/12 at 6pm to paint fields. You only need to do this one time during the season. Teams 2 and 12 will be responsible for striping on 9/14 and so on.

Your team will be required to set up the flags and goals or put away the flags and goals if you are scheduled as the first game or last game of the day.

Snack bar will be assigned to each team. They must provide two adult volunteers to cover the one time two hour shift sometime during the season. The schedule will be posted soon.

Fundraising is optional. Teams will receive $2.25 per item sold back to use for end of the season celebrations. Please collect and turn in all packets and money on 9/5 between 6-8pm at our shed at Ayala Park.

Picture Day is 9/16. Schedules will be posted soon. Please bring a ball, completed team sheet and have players present 15 minutes before scheduled time with their order form. A small package is included in the registration fee. (Team pic and 4 3x5 prints for which one is used for the button).

Practice field assignments: U5 - U8 teams must practice on fields 7 and 8 no earlier than 5pm. U10 teams must practice on fields 9 and 10 no earlier than 5pm. U12 - U19 teams must practice on fields 11 through 13 no earlier than 5pm.

Game cards will be available at our shed on Friday 9/7 at 6pm. Each team is required to complete a game card weekly (players should be listed in jersey number order, full names). U5 - U8 will note attendance and substitutions on the card and turn in after their game to the referee tent. U10 - U14 will supply the referee team with the completed card and the referees will submit once game is completed.
